Audax UK National 400 2013

The 2013 National 400 is in the Southwest on June 15. It starts at Ash Thomas, near Tiverton, Devon. The route is similar to the Avalon 400. It includes not only the Bristol-Bath cycleway but also the new Two Tunnels route into Bath. In the spirit of AUK's national events it will have good facilities at all controls and should be a good introduction to long-distance riding. See more and enter here.

The Buzzard 600

There's going to be a new 600 in 2013, running not from the Southwest, but to the Southwest. See events.

Cycling Events in the South West

Hello. This website is mostly devoted to Exeter Wheelers' Audax events. In this respect it should be read in conjunction with the official AUK website. There are also links to other cycling-related sites. Go to the EWCC website for more about Exeter Wheelers' activities, including racing and club-runs.

You can buy DIY cards here. You can now enter all my events, permanent, DIY and calendar, online here, with a choice of Paypal or Google checkout. AUK members can of course still enter online via the AUK calendar with a pre-filled entry form.

There are other things as well: a few photos, and recommendations of cycling-friendly holiday destinations (these are run by various friends of mine, they aren't commercial advertising).
