Audax UK Calendar Events

Calendar events for 2010 are now published. Ian has the usual 600, 200, and a new 'hundred miler'. Pippa is running the Mad March events again. Jamie has a brand new 400 with a Welsh and West Country theme especially designed for aspiring Paris-Brest-Paris riders.

Mad March Coasts and Quantocks

Glastonbury 100 Miler

A new event to complement the Valley of the Rocks in 2010. It starts from Honiton and goes via Churchinford, North Curry and Mark to Glastonbury, returning through Shepton Beauchamp.

Kernow and Southwest 600

_{A scenic tour of the Southwest peninsula with a ferry crossing thrown in. It is a chance for the experienced randonneur to gain a priority entry to the 2011 Paris-Brest-Paris.}

_{A straightforward route with a spectacularly scenic and rather challenging section along the North Devon coast. There are a couple of good cafe controls, and food and drink at the finish.}

Starting from a pub on the Blackdown Hills near Taunton at 10:30pm this event rides through the night to dawn somewhere in Somerset. Then across the Severn Bridge and back home again
