Churchill Farm has been in the same family for over one hundred years. The farmhouse dates back to the sixteenth century and the outbuildings represent one of the most intact and original nineteenth century farmsteads remaining in the Southwest.
ACCOMMODATION
The letting annexe consists of two living rooms, one with a sofa-bed, and a large bedroom sleeping up to four. There is a large kitchen and a shower room and toilet.
THE LOCALITY
The farm is on the southern edge of the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are many quiet lanes, bridleways, and footpaths.
The market town of Axminster is three miles away, with shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
WITHIN EASY REACH
Lyme Regis and the Jurassic coast are nine miles away.
The Roman towns of Exeter and Dorchester are each about thirty miles away.
Exmoor and the North coasts of Devon and Somerset are less than forty miles away.
Taunton and the Quantock Hills are within thirty miles.
Marshwood Vale is within ten miles.
GETTING THERE
By train: Aminster station is three miles away.
By road: Easy access from the M5 or the A303.
